I make 2 dimensional – wall art, and 3 dimensional - sculptural mixed media. My mixed media art is available as an original or as a limited edition archival print. I use whatever medium will best express my intention – these include oil paint, acrylic paint, chalk and oil pastels, bee's wax, markers, fabric, paper, and found objects. With collage, as with a poem, the viewer needs to spend more time with the work than with a recognizable image "to get whatever the piece wants to say at that particular time". My work is mostly abstract and mostly done intuitively so that it unfolds and is not pre-planned.
